Direct Pay with Class Wallet - How to Place Your Order:

1. Add Items to Your Cart: Start by selecting the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

2. Capture Screenshots: Once your cart is ready, take screenshots that clearly show:
- Our company name
- The items being purchased
- The shipping and billing addresses
- The total cost

*Note: You may need to take multiple screenshots to capture all this information.*

3. Upload to Class Wallet: Upload the screenshots to the Class Wallet platform for approval.

4. Approval and Order Placement: After Class Wallet approves the purchase, they will send us the order, and we will place it on your behalf.

The availability of products for ordering by invoice varies depending on the specific rules of your charter school or scholarship program. Typically, only in-stock items can be ordered by invoice. Some programs may also permit pre-order items, but generally, items on back-order or subscription-based products are not eligible. Please check with your specific program for their detailed guidelines.

If your charter school or program isn’t currently approved for purchases with us, you can request that they add us as a vendor. You can either reach out directly to your charter or program administration, or ask a teacher to submit a vendor request on your behalf. Typically, we need to be requested by a parent or teacher to be considered for approval. We are continually adding new programs and charter schools, so please don’t hesitate to contact us or your program to start the process.

Yes, you can order a sibling add-on separately if your school or scholarship program has purchased a full kit. Normally, sibling add-ons must be purchased alongside a full kit of the same theme and grade level. However, if your school or program has already submitted an order for the corresponding full kit, you may purchase the matching sibling add-on separately. Just be sure to include a note at checkout mentioning that you have a purchase order (PO) submitted by your school or program (please specify the program name) for the full kit.
